Refund Policy

At NetRef, we are committed to delivering value through our networking and referral platform, helping entrepreneurs and professionals build meaningful connections. Due to the nature of our services—which include immediate access to member benefits, digital tools, and event participation—all payments made to NetRef are non-refundable.
1. No Refund Policy
All purchases, including but not limited to membership fees, event registrations, digital tools, and premium services, are final and non-refundable. This applies regardless of usage, account activity, or user satisfaction.
2. Acknowledgment
By completing a payment, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy in full. We encourage all users to carefully review their membership level, event details, and service descriptions before committing to any transaction.
3. Billing Disputes
If you believe a billing error has occurred (e.g., duplicate charge), you must notify us in writing at [email protected], within 5 business days of the transaction. Verified errors will be reviewed and resolved at NetRef’s discretion.
4. Membership Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time to avoid future charges (if on a recurring plan). However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for previously paid fees.
